Mission |
Our mission is to help our students achieve success in college and beyond. College, college, college--not just preparing kids so they get admitted to college, but so that they are ready to succeed there. That seems obvious, but many Boston students who start college flunk out because they have not been pushed hard enough academically in high school. Our mission is to reverse that underachievement, so kids can fulfill their true potential.
We serve about 90 students in Grade 6 and about 220 students in Grades 9 to 12. Our middle school will grow Grades 7 and 8 during the next two years. Our ambition is to fulfill traditional notions of a high school graduate, one fluent in math, English, science, and history. All seniors must succeed in at least two Advanced Placement classes and two Boston University classes in order to graduate.
